Felt a bit rubbish. Quite cold weather and still a little sore from the weekend's skiing.

Lost a bit of motivation over the past few weeks with work and I've also decided that it isn't worth racing at EOC. It would cost almost 300 CHF for just the sprint and there is no B final, so I'm not guaranteed two races. 100 CHF per km is a little much... so I'll just focus on the national races and plan some trail races for later in the season.

Skiing with the lab at Les Paccots. Really nice slopes for beginners! I didn't die which was basically the aim :). Also slowly starting to get a handle of it. Managed to make it down all the blue slopes without too much drama.
