Nobody to really run with tonight and we were all running in the same group and so we dicussed what the best strategy was and settled on me starting 5-10 seconds after everyone else.

Probably a little fast with 200s at 30-32, 300s at 50, 400s at 69-70 and 500s at 1:30.
