Orienteering race 34:45 [4] 4.1 km (8:29 / km) +55m 7:57 / km

Course 6 - 3.0km 55m climb.
First race since the end of 2011, controls 1-3 didn't go that well but that's probably because I'm still trying to get back in to it. After that I was ok, made some small mistakes other than that I didn't think it was that bad. Was nice to see people I've not seen in two years! I'm now back for good, I'm not going anywhere! :-)

Really happy with todays run although it was a last minute run before Nottingham University tomorrow, looking forward to it, first race this year! Nice run out, glad I motivated myself to come out, feel much better now and it cheered me up! Had the sun in my eyes most of the way which wasn't helping. I think I've missed orienteering too much, I'm back for good now..!! :-)

Went on a tough ride, straight into the hills but had a nice down hill ride back, lovely weather too not sure on the tan lines though..!
