Ran the Eastern portion of the Free State Loop. Started out with Greg and Kyle, ended up throwing down 7:30's the last 7.5 miles. Tornado struck soon after I finished and got cleaned up in the lake. Neat. Very muddy, hot and humid. Typical Freestate Weather. :)

Met up with the beginners crew at SMP park. Trails were closed so we ran along the jeep road and new footing for the paved trail. Good stuff.

Met Justin and the rest of the KC Smoke gang at the JC Nichols Fountain. Had a good run/tour of the city ran from the plaza to downtown back to the plaza. I need to do more of this. Good,. solid stuff!
