Track workout with the smoke. 2.5 wm, 2 x 1600 @ 5:20, 13:00 at 1.75, 2.5 CD, 1.25 barefoot on the inside track. First track workout in forever. And it showed. I need to do more of this stuff. Good, solid fun though.
