Still pretty bad. Discomfort while sitting still now.

Worse than last week, hip awkward this morning. A bit of waddling when walking.
Aggrevation on the outer back side of hip joint.

Right hip joint discomfort came on after a couple of reps. Able to finish but really uncomfortable. Jogged the start of the NightO.

Feels like something rubbing and getting aggrevated.
