Regular road one route. Weather in low 80's with a cool breeze. That was nice and legs felt much better than last time I did this route. Had some zip on the pace and normally felt like I could go faster on the flats or hold the same pace on inclines.
Had breakfast (cereal) and coffee before finally going out at about 10:30 or 11 am.
