Don't remember the time exactly. Did 5 X 800m but stopped intervals at that point. Should have done another 3 reps but my left calf on right side was growing more uncomfortable. Didn't want to mess it up any worse before the marathon coming up. Used the flat InoV8's with a 1% grade. Avoided the Asics that caused the injury but probably should have gone with my old Asics. Need to figure out what to wear for the event.
