Total time is a guess. Forgot to shut off the GPS.

14 X 100 meter sprints, 200 m RI

About 30" for each rep. Was tempted to do 16 reps until I got to #12 or 13. After the rower's workout last night I wasn't sure how my legs would react to sprinting which is new for me.
