Urgh, really slow, the pool was crowded as 2 lanes were reserved for swimming lessons. But people just kept coming past me. arms felt weak!

Terrible run!! Started in gym to control pace/inclines, started with a 2.5% incline, after 10 mins had to bring that down a bit. by 23mins (6KM) stopped the machine and decided the rest was better done outside (as i was fooked). cut across the relatively flat crags bit by Arthurs seat, then back but i must admit there were a couple of stops in there! Not too good.

Again, hard work and a bit slower than last time. I think it'll be easier outdoors as i find myself wanting to give up out of sheer boredom on the treadmill. knee feels fine... :-D

Hard work, the fog today is even worse, can barely see 10m in front, and it's really wet... maybe that's mist, dunno the difference, but didn't want to go outside in it. Maintained 18mph or over for most which became extremely painful by the end! considering my normal average is more like 15-16 it wasn't bad

jesus that nearly killed me, ran 4 minute K's for about half, but couldn't do it for the last 5 mins. did it just before the physio session, and had to periodically wipe myself down so she could do the massages without slipping on the sweat. she had a cold and dripped snot on my leg, so i guess we're even

The heavy fog put me off cycling outside today, so went swimming instead... felt really sluggish after yesterday's monster swim, but strangely set a new PB. Hopefully it'll keep coming down then...

Mainly stretching to be honest but i did 15 minutes on an exercise bike in an attempt to wake my legs up after the weekend - they still don't feel recovered. Tomorrow they'll have no choice.

guess work for distance, but my legs were not happy that i even attempted this, it seems that a 30 mile recovery ride is not actually a recovery ride at all! i still ache today. Don't know if this counts as training really but whatever.
