was going to go for a long cycle but didn't feel like it, then went to gym and hated it even more! So gave up and went on a shorter cycle...

shoes: Planet X Dura Ace

Humm, didn't push. Was cold. Didn't feel up to much. Think this 9000ft ascent, 200k bike ride in 3 weeks is going to be suicide.... but thank god it is delayed from this week...

Pushed hard and went well up to 20 miles, then started to feel it. Crawled home. Bit of a balls up in the end. Had a nice cold to boot.
