Mellow class which was nice. But legs are definately fatigued...not so fun trying to hold lunge poses.

ATW, 20 reps. Feel like I should increase frequency of this to 2-3x/week as I feel like I'm losing core strength, not maintaining or gaining.

Commuted to and from work. Legs tired. Similar to yesterday, I got very tired in afternoon. Decided against trying to do a 2-3 hr ride.
