Bike: Flux. Route: Crystal Mt and Suntop. The legs feel strong again! I strained my adductors (?) on the beach the day before however, which was a bit of a bother as they were quite sore. My back did quite well today.

Bike: Spot. Route: Pilchuk Tree Farm. A social ride but with fast people. I hung back with the one slow guy the whole ride and did not push the legs. Sharper pains in sacrum, right SI joint when trying to crank on the pedals. That's new...may have tweaked something last week.
Still not sleeping well so very very tired.

Bike: Spot. Route: White River, Ranger Creek, Palisades, hwy410, Skookum. Somewhat mellow group ride with other friends doing the Puff. Not much of a problem with the usual muscle spasms in the back but had other minor tweaks instead. Feeling good though not psyched to get up early to go ride tomorrow morning. Not feeling like I'm getting enough sleep!
