Bike:Flux. Route: Capitol Forest - Mima Porter # 8 to Fall Creek to Trail 50 cut-of to Green Line #8 back to McKenny Camp. My back was okay - rode the lighter bike which has more upright posture, and modified body position while climbing (minimized forward flexion and hunching over) which helped. Legs felt good. The guys had issues so there were lots of stops, which the back appreciated as well. Cyclocomputer managed to reset near end so time/distance is a guesstimate.
