6.017km with 372m climb in 0:54:12. Last Bok training for a month. Only 4 and we then split Dave and me doing Goat gully reps. Had to go right to the top so maybe a bit less flat out than last time. Did push the top of the down to make it as easy as possible for Dave. Chilly out.

Need to be disaplined for the month and do some running training.
