Event: BM MBO Event 3 - Mynydd Llangors iO

MTBO race 2:58:28 [2] 44.68 km (4:00 / km) +1225m 3:31 / km
shoes: Exceed

44.678km with 1225m climb in 3:08:00. Gloriously clear if a bit hot day out from Llangorse. Views across to the blacks and the beacons were great. decided on a fairly straight forward clockwise loop with out and back trips for the various checkpoints. Missing some 10 pointers close to start as they would be possible at the end if I had time. Some rough bits an even wet down to 8. 3 10 pointers short and a bit late back. A reasonable score. Some neatly bits make I ng themselves known now. Not allowed to go for a swim as alge in the Lake.
