56.383km with 1343m climb in 3:35:16. Another spin on the Govilon theme with the map landscape so less south and more over clyda way. Went for clockwise as more options to drop stuff at the end coming that way.

Along the canal for fast start 1 2 3 4 compactness enabled so some quick punching but was confused at first and went back to dib properly. Avoided overgrown bw staying longer on canal before big climb to 24. First here so having to wake up boxs for next few. Nice new bit for me to 25. Messy up down up for 5. Had desided to out and back 12 so pushing both into it and on the return for 6 lots of paragliders heading out to be passed getting to 13 always nice descent to 14 and on out then new bit down and up for 15 fast to 10 2 hours up here. Up and down for 9. Nice drop down l2b decent rout for 7. Some road closures through Blaenavon but got on right level out to 23. A bit confusing through the garden getting up to cycle track for 22.

50 minutes to go here. Got route into 21 good past lake found suitable bend description east side tree. It was in a wood I buzzed around trees and got my compass out but no sign of it. Carried on and there is another suitable bend higher up so another 2 minutes searching to no avail. Kept going and messed up in carpark at big pit lost a minute. Decided to skip 8 so 19 next then fast 18 desending to 17 going to be late but took 20 point 11 skipping 16 which was only 10.

5.16 late so 16 seconds into 2 point penalties which was crucial as was 3rd 1 point down on Michael and Ian with equal scores but Ian was quicker. If I had not been blind around 21 would of been 15 points to the good and less penalty. Other's found it ok and from description lower first bend was right. No idea why I did not see it.
