8.576km with 145m climb in 60:14. Wnl corpse wood. Really enjoyable outing just the right length to push me and far more mice woos than brambly stuff. Got a bit sloppy on last 3rd loosing about 3 mins all together over 18, 19, 9 and 25. Just 14 seconds late. Well beaten by Adam doing 52 but that is not too far infront.

9.136km with 231m climb in 1:00:24. Hoc wee event Malvern common. Big light playing up so training light with bad battery state ment running in not much light. Struggling with reading map good job it was fairly simple and fast. Slow up hills then no descriptions meant total failure to find 11 despite wandering around a good bit. Skipped 14 by accident but just as well as I was late anyway skipping the final 19, 20, 21 loop. Good training covering 9 km but well off Richards.

Running race 39:04 [2] 6.63 km (5:54 / km) +341m 4:41 / km

6.628km with 341m climb in 0:39:04. Pen tir drop fell race. Well wrapped up ready for the wind on the ridge. Breathing feeling tight on the road but ok once back to walking up hill. Just behind 2nd and 3rd lady on the ridge tooled in and struggled into the wind feeling slow. 13th at turn. No speed to get past on the nice long gentle descent but stayed close. Was going to take corner cut had gaters on ready helped by leading of the 2 ladies having that way so someone to follow. A good line but steep ans technical fell a few times but was worth it as 10 at the finish. Pleased how I went for my lack of fell practice.
