9.497km with 299m climb in 1:24:01. Long race and back to van after finiag. Nice to be on real fell. Not quick and I messed up the long leg even more than Richard missing the opportunity to run with Pete ward in the process. 4 mins off fastest and 2 behind Charles. I did get to do some climbing though... Tweaked ankle before woods so a bit cautious to finish.

5.311km with 206m climb in 0:42:31. lakes middle race. Feeling slow especially up hill but nav ok 30s loss at 4. Good all the way around to 17 and then blew 2 minutes, was confident of position crossing wall but ended up looking in renterant to north ended up relocating on fenced green bit. fastest 36. 40 would of been respectable.
