Note

Left shoulder, collar bone neck has been feeling pain-full for the last 3 days. No explanation just woke up feeling bad, if I had fallen I would think I had cracked it but no falls for a long time. No sign of swelling it's just pain-full and generally stiff feeling. Has been OK on the bike maybe a bit awkward feeling signaling to turn left today Annoying.
