7.548km with 311m climb in 0:56:11. Bok training The downs. Just the 4 running, Scott, Tommi and new Dave how was a bit fast for us. Tommi lead a hilly gorge run. One hill I have never been up I think so very good. Well off the others pace started introit and let them pass me up the hills. I don't think yesterday totally idle was good.
