4x800 w/200 recovery

2:55, 2:57, 2:59, 3:00

First time to ever break 3min for 800. Felt really, really good. Wonder what it would be like on really fresh legs! Time to shut down for race on Sunday.

Solid hilly road run with the boys! Springs soak after.

Closed strong with 6:55 for final 1.5 miles.

hills 54:00 [3] 5.5 mi (9:49 / mi)

Taper hill workout. It was 106 outside. Either I am getting better at this or something. Didn't actually feel hot at all. Happy to have done the workout, though!
