AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I think I counted 7 calluses on my feet after this one. REALLY hurt on the second lap

1st lap - 17:47
2nd lap - 20:09

had to stop in between laps for a potty break and i just couldn't get back in my groove because my knees and ankles were killing me. Actually, you sort of didn't notice the knee and ankle pain as it was drowned out by the all round pain coming from the general bodily area...

Also made a keen observation today: Somerset Park is a LOT hillier than i thought

meh.

went past no. 8, died in the legs on the way to no. 9 because of a massive hill :( and made a stupid mistake on no.11 (didn't go far enough and ended up in the wrong creek)

And the moral of the story is: I need to train.

Badly.

Like really badly.

Your mind can't possibly fathom how much I need to train.

But I'm too lazy.
