rugby training 2:00:00 [3]

Note

didn't do run or strength sessions today as lower calf really tight and sore. giving me a cool limp around uni. got free physio at rugby and just man'd up and did the training- was fitness night so really punishing

orienteering 1:07:00 [3]

the loops race. didnt think id be able to stay with the top bunch- so dropped back and ran around with simon holding hands. around 15/16 stopped chatting and caught up to scott around 19 and ran with him into the finish- shocking route over the big hill at the end. looking back i should have held on to the bunch as physically i was alot better than i thought and the hills weren't to bad at all

Note

wowsus, calf really tight. considered not doing run

orienteering 1:11:00 [3]

no motivation so just cruised around. tried to nail the orienteering (not to hard since it was farm land)

Note

tight lower calf. really annoying. can't seem to stretch it out
