Note

Went with Tom to the cycle registration today and had a body analysis done. What a shocker!

Weight: 56.1 kilos!! BMI: 21.9 (normal) but 33.1% of my body is fat which is just awful. It also showed that my muscle mass is below average (20.3 where normal is 20.9 to 25.5 and that my bones are very light (2.28 where normal is 2.59-3.17). I'm also low on protein and rather dehydrated (although admittedly I drank rather a lot of wine last night...).

So all in all that was a bit of a wake up call. So I think it's time to get a bit more serious about looking after myself and working all the hours available is just no excuse for not exercising and eating rubbish.

So some goals:
- Lose about 3 kilos
- Burn some fat
- Drink more water
- Bring up my bone density

Ways to do this:
- Strength based yoga or core strength work outs at least 4 times a week
- Running at least twice a week
- Swimming at least once week
- Cycling at least once a week
- No pizza or crisps until September
- Log it all on AP so that Tom can kick me if I'm not doing it...
