left my sports gear on the bus! bad as i had 2 do this session in school uniform, and because my running shoes were in it. now ill need 2 get them back 2morrow, or else be disadvantaged in the NOSH on sunday.
pretty easy session on the whole, just some simple attack/defense drills. about 5 people were on the 1 day Canberra excursion 2day (i dont see the point), so there only 8 or 9 of us there.
Running 5:05 [5] 1.0 km (5:05 / km) +100m 3:23 / km
ran on the treadmill during PASS 2day as we were in the weights room. did a couple of strength exercises as well, but at a really low intensity.
yes, i know my time looks really, really slow, but if u take into account the fact that i had the treadmill on a 10% incline the whole time, i think it was pretty good.
