Felt pretty good running, hardly noticed the fact that i went swimming this morning.
Pretty hot though!!

Started at Merewether Baths and ran around the rocks to Glenrock. Quite nice going this way, although it'll get harder to find a park as it warms up...

Note

Woke up not feeling too good so thought that i may be catching the cold Steven brought home from VIC last weekend. So I decided not to do my Leg Strength this morning.
Was thinking of doing them when i got home as i feel heaps better and back to normal, but given that i want to ride into work tomorrow and then to StreetO, run StreetO and then ride home, i thought it best not to over exert myself...
