Felt so nauseous. Work got away from me this afternoon which meant that i didn't eat as i should have so when i got in the car to drive to the track, i realised that i was hungry and the only thing that i had on me was an apple. Ended up feeling sick and being all burpy... Should have just stayed hungry :( Had a few dry retches :(

Am pretty happy though, finally finished an entire session! I mean, i did ask Nic if we could do 3min rest after each set rather than 2min but that meant that i could finish the set. Didn't even notice the healing blisters!

Running warm up/down 11:19 [3] 1.39 km (8:08 / km) +46m 6:59 / km
ahr:162 max:176

Warm down with Nic and Macey, including some drills.

MTB Orienteering 1:25:16 [3] 14.3 km (10.1 kph) +466m
ahr:152 max:177

BOSS 6 - Pelaw Main.
Didn't go too well. I finished the line course in 35min and then designed a route for myself on the score course that looked roughly the same as what i'd just done meaning i should be able to get back to the finish on time. Didn't take into account my knee hurting due to inactivity this week and overshooting tracks due to my own confusion.
So i ended up on 33-11= 22pts.
11 AM

Mountain Biking 37:48 [3] 7.51 km (11.9 kph) +308m
ahr:154 max:175

Steveo and I went for another ride after the presentation. Remembered when i was halfway around that my knee had been hurting me so i then took it easy just to get back to the cars.
There was some really fun single track out there though.

Park Orienteering 35:51 [3] 4.75 km (7:33 / km) +113m 6:45 / km
ahr:172 max:186

ParkO 2 - King Park, Raymond Terrace.

Blisters did NOT make for a good run. Since i haven't wanted to stretch the blisters I haven't been able to stretch my lower legs very well meaning that my calves and archillies' got VERY tight this afternoon resulting in a very painful run.
Icing on the cake was finishing and realising that i had mp'ed as i didn't go to #13. Ahh well, everyone makes mistakes!
