Netball was exactly what i needed after a stressful afternoon at work.
Thought i did some silly passes quite a few times, but then tried to make up for it in the second half.
Nic provided some top entertainment with her many falls. At one point i think she wanted to go left so moved her body, but the legs didn't follow suit.
And although we got smashed, it was quite a good game and kept us on our toes the whole time.

Was never gonna make it to StreetO tonight, so when i found myself staying back after work, i didn't even try to rush.
Walked back to the car to dump my bag and grab my shoes. Ran from my car to Bar Beach, then along the path to Merewether Surfhouse, back and up Strezlecki, down to the Bogey Hole, then back up and over Strezlecki and back to the car.
Stopped at Dixon Park to stretch out my knee and i came across Scotty and Bucko here so had a quick chat to them before continuing. Legs felt pretty heavy and fatigued - could be due to swimming this morning as i was making sure to engage my legs quite a bit seeing as my back and neck have been a bit sore the past couple of days.

Running with Nic, Angus, Macey, Dana and Tamara. I tried to run hard to further test my theory about my cramps, but i only made it to the end of the break wall and back before i had to stop because i got a cramp. I then walked over to Foreshore Park and joined back up with the guys.

Met up with the guys again and did the tail end of their run through Foreshore Park and back to Nobby's
