With Tim and Hannah, from the BP at Heaton, up to the lookout and further along until we reached the 8km mark before turning around and going back.
Whilst we were doing this, Scotty was just doing repeats; he would start at the base of the stairs and run up to the Comms Tower (aiming for sub-20min) and then down in 10min. So he managed to do 5 reps.
My knees weren't too happy on the stairs on the descent. Good morning for it though, as the mist made it quite pleasant. Made the steps a bit trecherous though.

First half as WA and second half as GS. Had many attempts at goal but only managed to get in 1 :( Perhaps i will have to invest in a netball and go down to the netball courts near home...

Run with some awesome people - too many to list this week! But it also meant for some good conversation albeit broken up by lots of breathing.
Was really happy with my pace tonight.
