In Glenrock whilst Steven, Steve and Geoffrey went for a ride.
Legs were surprisingly ok after yesterday, although the knees weren't too happy.
It's definitely cooking today. Such a sweat fest.

When you have no work, it's time to play.

With Hannah and Tim at Mt Faulk Rd. We walked up and then ran down - ran the one flat on the way up as well as the true finish (there is a false finish in terms of getting the Strava segment) and then ran a bit further to hit 4.5km so we would finish on 18km once we did the hill twice. We were faster on the second ascent but slower on the second descent (although on the second down we were picking up rubbish along the way...).

I ran from work to the car so that i could make it to netball on time. Given the amount of sweat it conjured up, i am logging it (:

The other team just didn't show up tonight so the umpires graciously said that she would umpire us if we wanted to play half-court. So that was fun!

Ended up with more points than Geoffrey (he was 27-5) so i'm happy with that!
Thought i ran ok, not great but ok. Couldn't seem to figure out a good route, and then stick to it... I guess that's what makes it a good course?

Led by Tam this week. Some gnarly core work for the first half, and then a mixture of everything for the second half.
