Rode from the Bacon's through Lone Pine, along the Medowie-Ferodale Rd to the singletrack at Medowie, did a loop and then back through Lone Pine again.
Ended up overheating which led me to vomit and pass out at the end. Matt and Steven put me in the shower to cool me down, fed me electrolytes and jelly beans and then gave me a pork/cheese/potato&gravy sandwich for lunch.
