Running 30:00 [3]

Garmin wouldn't work for some reason. Usual Foreshore loop - company of Nic, Rob and Tam.

Strength + Conditioning 32:00 [3]

I led strength today. Broke it down into 3 sections of 10 exercises each - mostly 45sec on, 15sec off. Sometimes 25sec one side, 25sec the other and then only 10sec rest - depending on what the exercise was.
We were joined by Karen for the strength which was nice (:

MTBO at Hawkmount. Due to the rain i severly overestimated how far i could go. Finished the lline course and stopped for a good 30sec to re-evaluate at my proposed score course route. In the end i still went south and AWAY from the finish. Silly silly. This resulted in me being severly late... Although apparently about 80% of the field was late today, so i guess the course setter won.

Netball 36:00 [3]

Thought we played really well tonight. If the guy Josh was against wasn't 7ft tall, then i feel we would have been in a great position to win.
Played WD the entire game.

Street Orienteering 33:56 [3] 3.53 km (9:37 / km) +103m 8:23 / km

Felt good for the first 1km, then my knee started to hurt. Not umcomforatble, actually hurt. So i stopped and walked a bit. Made it to about the 2.5km mark and walking was starting to hurt, so turned around and made my way back to the finish.
