Orienteering 1:20:54 [3] 6.07 km (13:20 / km) +366m 10:14 / km
ahr:159 max:185

Isaacs Ridge - Middle distance.

Navigationally, i thought that i was fine. A couple of controls could have certainly been a bit cleaner, but nothing major.
Physically, it was very tough. I definitely do not have the strength for terrain such as this.
Ended up taking the track option for 11-12 as i knew that i wouldn't be as fast through the bush. Going up to 17 i could see my control from about 30m away, trouble was that i was down the rocky hill and was out of juice.

Sprint Orienteering 23:55 [3] 2.41 km (9:55 / km) +77m 8:33 / km

Womens B heat - Red Hill

Wasn't too fond of the downhill. I was quite tentaive. I also couldn't think fast enough so in the end i just settled for navigating rather than speed which seemed to work much better for me.

Sprint Orienteering 18:01 [3] 2.74 km (6:35 / km) +95m 5:36 / km
ahr:168 max:185

Womens B Final - Canberra Girls Grammar

This was quite a speedy, intricate school network. Some hesitation in places to see whether i could actually get through certain paths or if it was blocked off. Also had the usual trouble of distringuising the olive green, so just stayed away from all the gardens and greenery just to be safe.
I definitely do not have speedy legs any longer.

Netball 36:00 [3]

WA the whole game. Thought we played a really good game tonight. Our passes and shooting were way above average. Unfortunately i kept stepping so that didn't help...
We walked away with the win though, so that was good (:

Running 52:35 [3] 7.46 km (7:03 / km) +409m 5:32 / km

Usual tracks in Glenrock, joined by Steven. Spectacular views of the oncoming storm and its associated rain, thunder and lightening, from the picnic table. Managed to avoid the rain, although we were only driving for approx. 1min before it started raining quite heavily... Lucky!
Felt alright, the legs were just tired. Not once did i feel like needed to stop though. So nothing to complain about really (:

Pre-strength run with Nic and Tam. Bridget just walked behind us as she hadn't been feeling well :(

Strength + Conditioning 30:48 [3]
ahr:84 max:136

Strength. I led us through some core work and then Nic led us through her physio exercises, then we did some pushups and tricep dips to finish. Karen, Kas and Macey joined us for the strength (:
Got some entertainment by a sheep and a goat, and then a dog chasing the goat!
