Note
(injured)

Attended Emergency at JHH tonight and turns out I have badly sprained my left wrist - this happened on the way down to #102; my feet slipped out from underneath me as the hill was quite steep and slippery with leaf litter, and i put both hands out to stop the fall and must have landed more heavily on the left side. Hospital said that i need to keep it immobile for 2-3 weeks - basically the more i use it, the more it was prolong healing and the more likely i am to do permanent damage. He gave me a medical cert for a week off work and encouraged me to take it, but i have compulsory training at work this week and other things that require me to be there. Will just play it by ear.
