Started onto BJ's and got to the powerline easement; did some hill repeats up the easement and then around to the picnic table and Easy Way Out.

Running 1:05:21 [3] 9.95 km (6:34 / km) +373m 5:32 / km

I had to drop my car off at the Service Centre as the passenger-side air-bag had been recalled. So i dropped it off (about 3km from home) and then Steven and i went for a run.
Got up the top of the hill so i could try and get my Strava segment QOM back, and then over to Cardiff Stairs to check them out - they are killer and twisty.
Was home for about 10-15min before i got the text to say that my car was ready. Had cooled down too much and stiffened up to feel like putting my shoes back on and running over, so instead i had a shower, had some breaky and then went back.
Made Steven come with me in case the magpies were out. Am not sure what i would have expected him to do in the event that the magpies were ready for attacking, but luckily i didn't have to find out.

While watching House. Tried going hard but i got a stomach ache so backed off. Still had a sweat going but not like last night.
Forgot about my wrist and leant on it too much which caused it to hurt a bit.

While watching House. I tried to ride harder tonight than normal, and i feel that worked as i worked up a bit of a sweat.
Wrist didn't seem too bad the few times i forgot and leant on the bike with both hands. Perhaps this weekend i could try the Fernleigh Track...
