Glenrock with Tam and Daniel. I led until the end of the meadow and then Daniel jumped infront. I think he was really holding himself back as he kept disappearing in front and then he'd pop up again either stopped or walking.
I have seriously conditioned myself into thinking that each time i get to the picnic table, that i get a rest. So when i got there with Tam this time, it was such a disparing moment to see that Daniel wasn't even in sight anymore as he'd continued up the firetrail!
Got to the bottom of Easy Way Out and i waved Daniel up, telling him to meet us at the cars, to which he took the invitation and quickly diappeared up the hill.
Tam used her long legs and very quickly pulled away from me up Easy Way Out; even though we were both walking...
Did a bit extra on the cycleway. I figured Tam was trying to tick over the 10km mark. I clearly didn't go far enough on the cycleway to do this, but i got a bit too paranoid about magpies and kept looking around so once I got to where Tam turned around, i did too.

Went hard and had the sweat pouring off me. Got through one episode of House and decided that I felt quite good so put on the next episode. Tried going just as hard, but i was fatiguing at the pace and backed off a little bit. Not too much though.

Construction everywhere so ended up having to run through the park and pray that there were no magpies around to get me.

One handed - seems i am using my wrist far too much and this is resulting in it throbbing.
