Note

Left home at 12:20pm to collect maps and then commence putting out controls and setting up for my event at Macquarie College. After sleeping in a bit, there wasn't much time for being active and being a lazy sod so i chose laziness (: As it was, my feet and back hurt from being on the concrete all afternoon anyhow.

Teensy little ride from Carrington into work. Only really recorded this so i knew how much time i had to leave this afternoon to make it to Glenrock on time.

Run through Glenrock with the Possums. Started out feeling ok, but could feel the fatigue settling in from the end of the meadow.
Got to the picnic table where Asya had walked to (at 32wks pregnant!), and after the usual selfie, i stopped here and walked out with her.

SSS8 - Adamstown Heights - 38pts.

Started out with the intention of taking it easy after the weekend, but quickly found that i could run a bit harder, so i did. I didn't feel too fatigued so i just kept running (:
Started out by going east of the start, down to the south then swinging up north along the western edge.
Got level with 2L along the Fernleigh before realising that it was on the road. Didn't go back for it.
Got to 2G and turned east all the way to 3A, then south to 2E, west to 3H and finished off with 2D and 1G.
Hot night but happy to find that the hills didn't kill me (:

Then home to Thai food for Steveo's birthday (:
