With Steveo. Went and rode the Whitebridge section of today's Port to Port stage. All that sand was quite tricky but i did get to ride trails that i've not ridden before, so that was nice.

HIIT at the gym. The instructor didn't show up, so a couple of the long-time gym-goers organised and ran the class. Was pretty tough considering.

Started out with my physio exercises as Alice and I waited for Sav. Then we did 3x8 reps and then 2x6 reps of assisted pull ups. Could really feel it in my forearms tonight.

Played the first half only as we Beth came and Laura didn't have to work. Was already considering not playing the second half, and then i almost got barrelled over and actually copped a foot to the calf near the end so decided to sit out the second half.
