QB3 - Long distance - W21AS
Once again, walked around the course. There was less climb today AND the bush was more runnable... GAHHH...
Once again, practiced my bearings and exit direction.

After we went and dropped Geoffrey back at the caravan park and had some lunch, Steveo and i went back to the map and rode around the mountain bike trails. Some of it was really nice, some of it was way too rocky for my liking.
At one point, the trail went around the spurs and out croppings and so seeing the cliffs was nice, but then the rocks all around it wasn't so nice.
I ended up cutting out at about the 8km mark while Steveo kept going. I cut out onto the firetrail and went up to another single track and made my way back to the car. It appeared that all of the outer tracks were the rockiest whereas the inland tracks were nicer and more smooth.

Walked around the course. Walking in such nice terrain and bush is SO FRUSTRATING!! Ended up running for about 25m and quickly felt the difference in my back, so went back to walking :(
Bright side? I got to focus on my bearings and exit directions etc.
