Biked to Fortune to do some hill climbs with PD. Legs are still pretty dead, but it was still good to give them a workout.

Light run to get the body moving again. Knees are still quite tender on the downhills. Hopefully they will be better in time to bomb down Mt. Tremblant a couple times in less than 2 weeks!
