Orienteering race 59:48 [4]

Stockholm DM relay. I was on the last leg for the second team. I ran good for my shape. I think other guys did 48minutes, i don't know. I only had a little hesitation in a circle worth 30 seconds and missing one flag by about 10 seconds. Really good navigation but was getting tired on the final quarter so i had to be careful. I fell near the end and lost my magnifier. I didn't realise until later but it was useless now since it broke off it's connecting part. At least i didn't loose the SI. Pretty nice forest. Conditions are still perfect for O and not at all wet in the slightest in marshes.

DM medel. I had a great race here. I wasn't even racing. I started off at grandad pace just enjoying the forest. By the third control i'd sped up to a steady controllable pace. I managed to only make one single mistake which was in the circle for number 10. I was beside the boulder but some bushes were covering it that i had to go back to the edge of the circle and reattack. Just one minute lost. I'm really happy with this as it gave a great feeling to run steady and clean. The race of the Autumn for me.

DM long. I wasn't expecting to finish the race but i didn't think i'd have to stop so early. But i had a bad bout of back pain on Tuesday and Wednesday so the body was just coming around to things. I slept an hour after lunch which felt like four. I was pretty damn tired. And again this night i slept so much. Stupid back pain.
