No niggles to report. There definately were some minor niggles or weakness a few days ago. Hopefully it was just my unconditioned legs adjusting to the return to running after such a long break.

Shin wasn't noticeable today during the daytime. But i did feel the left shin veeery slightly around the 10 minute mark for 1-2 mins.

I might run today. I gave this injury 6 weeks rest from running and then a tiny tiny pain was coming on in my right shin after 1 week of running. So now i think 3 weeks extra rest should be enough for them to be fully healed. I could give it 1-2 more weeks but i think it's easy to understand i need to get back running and am almost 100% fed up with cycling. Hmmm it should be fine. Not for WOC, but for returning back to running.

Press ups, sit ups and squats. Dunno what i'm planning on. I'm shit at keeping up gym work for more than 6 weeks but im getting my physio to design a strength 12 month program and he'ls going to show it to me when i go back to Ireland next week. So i'm trying to get into the habit of this stuff again i guess. But i can see myself signing up for some circuits or pilates or something because gym work on my own is boring.

Totally skipped training and don't give a shit. Biking is boring now at this stage. You need to do so much more to equal running. Gyms here suck and there are not alot of circuit trainings going on. Swimming is just a worst case scenario training. I wish santa will bring me new shins for christmas. Just trying to get to January with some half assed fitness so i can start some running training. Might be skipping woc next year.
