I was not too great today and would have done almost nothing in the gym as planned if i didn't use the gym classes. So i took coreexpress for the first 30mins which i like. And i tried bootyexpress for the last 30mins. I was of course the only guy in that second class and i kicked ass in it for like 15mins. Then i started getting tired. One song was focus alot on squats, squat pulses, lunge jumps, squat runs to the side etc. and it really was alot of hard work on the legs. I felt i had done enough but dared not to leave. Plus i was right up at the front. Stupid.
I like how when i'm too tired to exercise that the gym classes pump you up with the loud dance music and instructions from the trainer that you simply follow without thinking.
So i'm resigned to the fact that my back pain will come every few weeks and floor me for a week at a time. No test shows what's wrong and nothing i do (stretch, food, strength etc.) fixes the problem. So i'm just going to run three times a week maybe and when the pain comes i'll skip the running and just dance every day instead. For some reason i never get pain when i dance and it always takes pain away from me after just a few songs. That'll be that then for the Autumn and Winter.
