I did a steady run at 7pm. I was at a friends house last night having bbq burgers and other crap food. I ate a fry in the morning and lots of chocolate throughout the day. I took a nap at 5pm and then had to drag myself out for the run. My stomach was out of sorts the whole run but i ran with the Mars Volta to keep my pace up.

legs were pretty dead on the last 5mins. Filled up on salad before eating carbs etc. The temptation was to start murdering the snickers and cookies. Body and legs are fine again after vegging out watching the 2nd half of spiderman 3.

The plan was to run faster than O race pace. But could only manage race pace. I picked up some bike dirt tracks and went bobbing in and around the corners which was fun.

I started off with stretching and then realised i wasn't supposed to be doing that today. got good and sweaty in 20mins.

Bike up to and home from 3rock hill intervals as a warmup/down

I did 8x2minute hill intervals, with 90seconds off. With 10minute warm up and 17minute cool down.
Three rock was windless and slighty cold on top. When i hit the top and had still 20 seconds on my last interval it was pretty errie running around the outer section of the cairn in cirlces with a pink moon and purple sun. nice evening.

I put on Ointerval training on Carrickgollogan but i was doing an easy run. I was supposed to run for 60m and bike home but i had to stop running because i was running in circles with a very low heart rate. There was no point then. And then from waiting around much too long in the rain i was beginning to get hypothermic so i canceled the bike ride home and got a lift. I'll switch todays training with Friday/Saturday.
Where is the sun?!

I get a little aggressive when i'm hypothermic. hmm
