Left hip is stiff this morning. Stiff is the best way to describe it but it's not stiff, there is an imbalance between both hips. Maybe it's actually normal and my right hip is looser.

I had an Osteopath session today. He worked on loosening out my right hip and right femur. Will do the other side the next day and then hopefully i'll be better set up for shock absorbing.

Note

Fairly weird treatment. The Osteopath hardly touches you. But i was showing a friend after that when i tap on my left femur it sounds like tapping something hard like wood. When i tap on the right femur it's like tapping something soft like the palm of your hand.
