5x1km intervals in UCD. Nice little gander.. DSD are down at the track now so i'm doing it on my own. Sort of crap because the point of joining an athletics club was that i wanted to run with people on some fast trainings.

AvHR: 175, 177, 181, 181, 183.

Nice, my gps says that 4/5 laps were exactly 1000m.
