The first 30 was real hard, bad form and not enough energy. But then at the turnaround point i guess the fat burning system kicked in and boy do i have alot of fats to burn at the moment :) I perked up for sure on the way back and finished strong(ish). Slow run anyway. The mental effort for being out this long is tough. It's being a long time since proper training before WOC. Hopefully i'll get some basic level before the new year.
