Indoor Jarla intervals. It was just me because there is a mid term break and i think alot of people have gone to Portugal. I ran 1000meters four times. Started the fifth but stopped.

The legs have some pains, they feel tired. They continue to ask for more and more of a break. So probably i'll reschedule my gym session to another day for the third time this week and only do a cycle.

Hammos are fine now. It was nice they dropped by for a visit. Got a good rest last night. I had intended on getting into work really early today but the rest was more important. I have been pretty tired at the end of last week and all weekend. Finally got the sleep to rule all sleeps. Going to bike 2-3 times this week and trying to get the work masseur to do a sports massage. It would be a good travel time for getting to that one, maybe 25 seconds from door to door. Noice!
Oh and it's good to chat about your life stuff in work because so far i've got a guy lending me his skiis soon and then also a guy giving me his old, but gigantic, TV for free. Söttttttt!

Oskar thinks my injury is periostitis, an inflammation of the periosteum. Basically, shin splints. Hmmm i rested plenty in France. Not sure what to think. The JK is so close now that i'll keep running to it since i can take the pain away with self massage. The shins don't hurt so much because i train like an M16. I amn't sold on the shin splints theory though. I'm doing the ear muffs method right now.
