Road warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Sweet morning water view out from Gamla Stan and Slussen. Pumped for the winter. The trick for me to be arsed to do weights in the morning is to have a long breakfast in front of the news channels. After about 45mins i'm ready to exercise, otherwise it's just not going to happen.

S + C - full body 34:20 [0]

New gym workout to do once a week, hopefully on Wednesday mornings.
It's something like:
1) Running technique 10mins
2) Plyometrics 10mins
3) Circuits 10mins
4) Legs

The legs part is using weights. It has three groups with three exercises in each one. And only two out of the three exercises in a group are for the legs, the last one is a core or bench press. Not going to do heavy weight on those core/bench press ones like i will with the legs but will put something up there. I take a few seconds rest or skipping between exercises and then 3mins rest after i complete those three exercises in a group. I'm not going to count this 3mins rest time in my overall time. You do each group two times before moving onto the next. It's 15 reps for an exercise so no major weight yet.

Group1
3min rest

Group2
3min rest etc.

I did half the time for the running tech and plyometrics today just to transition into the new stuff.

I'm running hard sessions with Hammarby athletic club on mondays and thursdays. They're better runners to run the fast stuff with than orienteers.
3 x 10m, 90s off.
http://vimeo.com/30167289 but not going to forget to have terrain speed/strength for the forest. I'm thinking about sprint and long in eoc.
